Birthday at the Beach

This is the sand castle cake I made for a friend's daughter - it is a marbled chocolate and white cake with a brown sugar coconut icing. The turrets and towers are made from ice cream cones and it is covered in crushed graham crackers, nerd candies and white chocolate sand dollars.

Firework Cupcakes

In honor of the 4th of July I made these Firework Cupcakes. They are a red velvet cupcake with brown sugar buttercream icing that has pop rock candies mixed in!

These are the cupcakes I made for my friend's birthday. They are chocolate cupcakes with a peanut butter, marshmallow nougat icing.

Root Beer Float Cupcakes

My dad LOVES root beer floats - according to him, anytime is a good time to have one. This year for Father's Day I made my dad these root beer float cupcakes. They are a basic chocolate cupcake topped with an ice cream based vanilla bean and brown sugar icing with a hint of root beer extract.

Minecraft Creeper
