S'mores Bites

I LOVE s'mores and these are one of my favorite ways to have them.  It's a bites sized baked graham cracker crust topped with melted marshmallows and dipped in chocolate.

These are mini banana cupcakes made for my cousins baby shower.  They are topped with pink, yellow and white almond butter cream icing and accessorized with frosted circus animals and colored sugar.

Death by Chocolate Cupcakes

Berry Blast Cupcakes

These are vanilla cupcakes that have blueberries, strawberries and blackberries mixed into the batter. They are topped off with my almond butter cream icing and some colored sugar.  My brother proclaimed these his favorite of all my cupcakes and even asked me to make then for him in place of a birthday cake for his sweet 16.

Chocolate Zucchini Cupcakes

I made chocolate zucchini cake batter from scratch for these cupcakes and then topped them off with my almond butter cream frosting, some chocolate shavings and a bit of zucchini zest.

These are red velvet cupcakes filled with Bavarian cream and topped with my almond butter cream icing and a Cadbury mini egg :)

These are a simple vanilla cupcake topped with my special almond butter cream decorating frosting, a white chocolate sand dollar and sugar sand.

 These little fellas are tiny bite sized lemon cupcakes topped with a melt in your mouth meringue candy.  I was, of course, inspired by one of my favorite Thanksgiving desserts - Lemon Meringue Pie.
