Candy Corn Cupcakes

They seem to be all the rage this season, so how could I resist? Mine a simple vanilla cake colored yellow and orange then topped with a white corn-syrup based almond icing that has been whipped to full fluffiness.

3 Musketeers Cupcakes

These babies are chocolate cupcakes with a bite sized 3 Musketeers bar in the center. The icing is a combination of marshmallow fluff and melted 3 Musketeers bars.

Rhubarb Apple Spice Cupcakes

These cupcakes are made with a sparkling rhubarb cider and apple sauce then topped with a cinnamon spice icing.

Sometimes I have to just pamper myself with sweets. This is my Alice in Wonderland themed birthday cake :)

Birthday at the Beach

This is the sand castle cake I made for a friend's daughter - it is a marbled chocolate and white cake with a brown sugar coconut icing. The turrets and towers are made from ice cream cones and it is covered in crushed graham crackers, nerd candies and white chocolate sand dollars.

Firework Cupcakes

In honor of the 4th of July I made these Firework Cupcakes. They are a red velvet cupcake with brown sugar buttercream icing that has pop rock candies mixed in!

St. Harold's Day
