These are the cupcakes I made for my friend's birthday. They are chocolate cupcakes with a peanut butter, marshmallow nougat icing.

Root Beer Float Cupcakes

My dad LOVES root beer floats - according to him, anytime is a good time to have one. This year for Father's Day I made my dad these root beer float cupcakes. They are a basic chocolate cupcake topped with an ice cream based vanilla bean and brown sugar icing with a hint of root beer extract.

Minecraft Creeper

This is the Minecraft Creeper cake I made for a friend's son who turned eight today :)

Peanut Butter and Jelly Cupcakes

These are peanut butter cupcakes topped with a peanut butter crumble and brown sugar buttercream icing. These little beauties have also been filled with cherry jelly.

Birthday Cake Sandwich Cookies

These are my imitation of the 100th birthday Oreo cookies. I used a basic cake mix cookie recipe and then filled them with a cake batter and sprinkle buttercream icing.

Pink Lemonade Cupcakes

These are the Pink Lemonade Cupcakes I made to donate to a silent auction being held in benefit of a dear friend's family. They are lemon cupcakes topped with a tangy, vanilla buttercream frosting and a jelly lemon candy.
