Here is a cake I did for a friend's birthdayseveral weeks ago. It is a simple but delicious marble cake, showing the world that "bow ties are cool."

Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes
Fall is just around the corner and with it comes so many things I love! Falling leaves, hot chocolate, soup, sweaters...and pumpkin flavored everything!
These are my Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes helping me welcome in the season. They're just a traditional pumpkins spice cake topped with vanilla cinnamon icing and sprinkled with nutmeg.

A Capitol Time
For my birthday this year, we had a Hunger Games themed party. Our dinner was based off the Tribute's feast - so we had lot's of fancy Capitol foods. My cake was a special Honey Lemon Chamomile flavor and decorated to look as though it was covered in white roses - adorned with a Panem flag on top.
Orange Creamsicle Cupcakes
During these hot summer months we often find ourselves reaching for a nice cold popsicle. Cool off with these refreshing cupcakes! Classic yellow cake infused with orange juice and topped off with a zesty orange cream icing.

Lemon Lavender Cupcakes
These cupcakes are my own personal favorite. The combination of the lemon cake and the lavender induced icing topped off with course sea salt makes for an explosion of flavors that compliment one another in a surprising way.

Berries 'n Cream
I have finally created a cupcake that I myself could not wait to eat. For those of you who don't know me - that's kind of a big deal. The inspiration for this cupcake came from (what else?) Pinterest. I saw a picture, I accepted the challenge...I conquered!
These delightful little babies are a chocolate fudge cupcake that have had their tops removed so as to sandwich some freshly whipped cream and blueberries in the middle. They were then covered by a chocolate ganache, more blueberries and finally a dash of powdered sugar.
